Gnarly High-Flow tubeless valves have not one, but three holes [we call them air ports] that are 50% larger than standard tubeless valves so air flows in and out easier.
To help keep the air ports away from sealant build up, we made the valve end “taller”, increasing the height so the valve sits higher off the rim bed.

Tubeless sealants are designed to “repair” holes in your tyres but they can also do a great job of clogging up your tubeless valves making it hard to inflate and deflate your tyres.
To solve this problem, Gnarly High-Flow tubeless valves have not one, but three holes [we call them air ports] that are 50% larger than standard tubeless valves so air flows in and out easier. To help keep the air ports away from sealant build up, we made the valve end “taller”, increasing the height so the valve sits higher off the rim bed.

An easy way to add sealant to a tubeless tyre that has already been installed is injecting it through the valve and to do that, you need to remove the valve core. Valve core removal tools are small and you can never find one when you need it. We built the tool into the valve cap so it will always be there when you need it!
Ever dropped the valve cap on the garage floor or in the car park at your local trail and when you go to pick it up it has disappeared? We have, so we dropped different coloured caps on the ground and decided blue was the easiest to spot. It is also a Gnarly colour!
Yes, if you are running tubeless inserts or rim protectors, Gnarly High-Flow tubeless valves are essential equipment, this is why Gnarly Tubeless Inserts come with High-Flow valves as standard.
If you already use inserts and your valves keep clogging up with sealant, install Gnarly High-Flow tubeless valves and your problems will be solved.
Yes, Gnarly High-Flow tubeless valves have been designed to work with all brands and styles of tubeless rims
We have done heaps of testing, Gnarly High-Flow valves work with all major tubeless sealant brands. A helpful note, if you are using ‘race’ type sealants we recommend adding sealant directly into the tyre rather than through the valve.
No, Gnarly High-Flow Valves work with any tubeless rim tape.
At Gnarly, we never take the easy trail. For our products to work perfectly we choose the right materials that can be engineered seamlessly into our Gnarly designs, nothing is left to chance. Gnarly Inserts are manufactured from a specially formulated and engineered closed cell EPE foam system. The better part of two years R&D and real world testing went into the design; some things just can’t be rushed.
Our high density EPE inserts are both incredibly durable and extremely light weight, they absorb impacts effortlessly and are impervious to sealant. Gnarly.
Just like your bikes suspension, Gnarly inserts absorb trail vibration and impacts, which gives you more control and reduces fatigue. The mechanics are completely different but the result is the same. The EPE system has progressive dampening, which means the harder the impact (the more the insert is compressed), the more they absorb.
Gnarly inserts also reduce tyre squirm. They do this by creating friction at the contact interface (the point where the tyre touches the ground) countering lateral forces. The benefit of this system is two fold, it improves grip when cornering hard and riding off camber and helps prolong the life of your tyres.
